It is the policy of Sulco Chemicals Limited to provide quality products that meet each customers’ specifications, delivered on time in a safe and responsible manner.

To achieve this goal Sulco is committed to:

• Selecting qualified suppliers to provide raw materials and services
• Insuring the safe and timely delivery of our products by utilizing responsible carriers
• Continually improve our operations, equipment, and procedures
• Sampling and testing final products to insure all customer specifications are met
• Using Statistical techniques to measure production capabilities
• Insuring effective Quality Management by adopting the requirements of ISO 9001-2008
• Respond to customer issues with an investigation and corrective/preventative actions
• Provide technical support to customers for safe handling and storage of all Sulco products
• Comply with requirements
• Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives

Implementation and maintenance of the Quality Policy is done through employee training and compliance with ISO 9001-2008 Quality Standards. Understanding of the quality policy by employees is monitored through regular internal audits.
